1. Service provider
The company Morski svet d.o.o. – GO4VIP TRANSFERS provides passenger and luggage transport services in accordance with the current legislation. These general terms and conditions form the basis for each transfer or other service provided. The company does not transport minors unaccompanied by their parents or without permission of their legal guardian.
2.Customer
The Customer is a person (natural or legal) interested in the conduct of passenger transport or services by the Contractor, who has entered into a written or oral contract for the service provided by the Contractor. The customer is responsible for payment for the service and safe use of the vehicle’s capabilities in accordance with the specified conditions. The Contractor is not obliged to provide the service to a customer who does not accept these terms and conditions.
3. Reservation
The service reservation is confirmed after the Contractor has received the agreed advance payment, if this is stipulated in the contract. Only bookings confirmed in writing by the Contractor shall be considered valid. A confirmed booking includes the customer’s data, number of passengers, date, starting and ending location, as well as the fixed price of the service. Additional costs arising from unforeseen customer’s requirements shall be charged at the Contractor’s current price list specified in the offer.
4. Types of transport
Budget (group) transfer: A service at a more affordable price that may involve combining passengers, waiting and stopping at different locations. Departure and arrival times may be adjusted to accommodate other passengers. The place of departure is determined by the carrier taking into account all participating passengers.
VIP passenger transport: Individual transport booked by phone or email, without additional stops. The passenger specifies departure and arrival time, boarding place and number of persons. The carriage is provided in a comfortable premium car. Includes free additional luggage, use of a child seat, refreshments and unlimited stops.
5. Payment for the service
Payment for the service is made in cash, by VISA, Mastercard or bank transfer before the start of the trip and is confirmed by a relevant document. The customer can also pay on the basis of a contract or invoice and is obliged to pay for the service by the due date. Payment by Visa, Mastercard credit cards is possible only in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. Prices in EUR including VAT.
6. Start of the journey
The journey starts after the agreement between the Customer and the Contractor has been concluded and the Customer has taken a seat in the vehicle. The driver starts the journey in the direction of the agreed destination. The driver is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings in the vehicle.
7. Stops on the way
Stops may be provided during the journey: up to 15 minutes for distances up to 200 kilometres and up to 30 minutes for longer routes. Longer stops are only possible with the consent of all passengers and if they do not affect the arrival time. The driver is not responsible for delays or their consequences if the passengers do not comply with the terms and conditions of passenger transport.
8. End of journey
The journey ends when all passengers leave the vehicle at the final destination.8.
9. Vehicle breakdown
If the transportation is interrupted for reasons for which the passenger is not responsible, the passenger may request the continuation of the journey on a similar vehicle to the destination, a refund of the fare or cancellation of the contract. If the interruption is due to force majeure, the carrier is not liable. The carrier is liable for delays or interruption of the transport up to the amount of the fare.
10. Safety and liability
All vehicles have the appropriate licences, permits and comply with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Accident insurance for all passengers is included in the transport price. Drivers are obliged to act responsibly and carefully. In case of irresponsible behaviour of passengers or safety threatening behaviour, the driver is obliged to stop the trip.
11. Baggage
Each passenger is entitled to one hand baggage (up to 10kg) and one personal baggage (up to 25kg). Additional baggage requires prior booking and surcharge. It is forbidden to bring dangerous substances or substances prohibited by the Legislation of the countries through which the journey will take place.
12. Transfer cancellation by the Executor
The Contractor can cancel the transfer in case of unforeseen circumstances or in case of insufficient number of declared passengers in case of budget (group) transfer. In case ofcancellation the Contractor shall notify the passengers at least 2 days before the expected time of departure and return the entire paid advance payment.
13. Cancellation of the transfer by the Customer
The customer can cancel the transfer by phone or email. If the cancellation occurs at least two hours before the scheduled departure time, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations received in a shorter period of time do not imply a refund of the fare.
14. Personal data protection
The company carefully protects users’ personal data from loss, destruction, forgery, manipulation and unauthorised access. Data will not be used maliciously. 15. Discounts Discounts are agreed upon prior to the commencement of transport. Promotional prices and additional offers are determined by Morski svet d.o.o.. – GO4VIP TRANSFERS and are clearly indicated in the price list. 16. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes The company Morski svet d.o.o. – GO4VIP TRANSFERS does not recognise any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent to settle disputes that may arise for the consumer. The company Morski svet d.o.o. – GO4VIP TRANSFERS publishes an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes: https://commission.europa.eu/. The regulation comes from the Act on Online Dispute Resolution of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online resolution of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
