Are there any cancellation charges?
Yes, there is a certain charge when you cancel your booking, but we are quite liberal. If you cancel your reservation by phone or online at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, no additional fee will be charged.Cancellations at shorter times are fully charged.
Is there a waiting fee?
For all airport appointments, the first hour of waiting time from the time the flight arrives is at no extra charge. We check the arrival time using Flight Radar, Google or airport apps. For all other appointments or transfers, the free wait is limited to 15 minutes.
How much is the wait fee after the free time?
After the free time, waiting charges are charged at an hourly rate depending on the vehicle category.
What happens if I want to change my booking time?
Changing the booking time is free of charge if you inform us at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, no free change is possible.
